Senditures is a growing eCommerce wholesale, distribution, and fulfillment company working with brands across a wide variety of product categories. We distribute products through numerous online marketplaces, retailers, deal sites, TV opportunities, and other sales channels.

As we expand into our new warehouse facility, we are looking for a dependable, organized, and hard-working Warehouse Operations Associate to become an important part of our day-to-day warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on position. The right person should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, handling physical warehouse responsibilities, using warehouse technology, and taking ownership of keeping inventory accurate and the warehouse organized.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Putaway

• Receive inbound shipments, pallets, cartons, and purchase orders.
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Inspect incoming inventory for shortages, overages, damage, or other discrepancies.
• Label products, cartons, pallets, and inventory as required.
• Scan and record inventory into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Put inventory into the correct rack, pallet, or bin location.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations at all times.
• Report receiving discrepancies immediately.

Order Picking & Fulfillment

• Pick products accurately based on warehouse pick lists and WMS instructions.
• Scan products and warehouse locations to verify accurate picks.
• Prepare wholesale, retail, marketplace, TV, and eCommerce orders for shipment.
• Consolidate products for larger orders and pallet shipments.
• Ensure the correct SKU, quantity, and condition before an order leaves the warehouse.

Packing & Shipping

• Pack products safely and efficiently for parcel, LTL, and other outbound shipments.
• Print and apply shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, and packing documentation.
• Prepare pallets for shipment, including wrapping and securing inventory.
• Stage completed orders in the appropriate outbound shipping area.
• Assist with carrier pickups and loading outbound shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized packing and shipping stations.

Inventory Control

• Help maintain accurate inventory counts throughout the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Research inventory discrepancies when quantities or locations do not match the system.
• Move inventory between warehouse locations using the proper scanning procedures.
• Help maintain accurate bin and pallet locations.
• Identify damaged, returned, missing, incorrectly labeled, or misplaced inventory.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and warehouse reorganization as needed.

Warehouse Organization

• Keep pallet racks, bins, staging areas, receiving areas, shipping areas, and workstations organized.
• Make sure products are stored safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clear aisles and work areas.
• Help optimize warehouse space as inventory volumes change.
• Assist with moving pallets, cartons, equipment, and supplies throughout the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse location and labeling procedures.

Returns & Exceptions

• Receive and process returned merchandise.
• Inspect returned products and determine whether inventory should be returned to stock, held for review, or marked as damaged.
• Properly separate damaged, defective, quarantined, or otherwise non-sellable inventory.
• Document inventory and order issues accurately within the system.

Warehouse Systems

This position will work directly with Senditures' warehouse and inventory systems.

Employees will be expected to:

• Use handheld scanners, computers, tablets, and warehouse software.
• Scan SKUs, cartons, pallets, and bin locations.
• Follow system-directed receiving, putaway, picking, transfers, replenishment, and counting workflows.
• Make sure physical inventory movements match inventory movements within the WMS.
• Learn new warehouse processes and technology as our systems continue to develop.

Accuracy in the system is just as important as physically moving the inventory.

Additional Responsibilities

As a growing company, warehouse responsibilities may change from day to day. The person in this role should be willing to assist wherever needed, including:

• Preparing special retailer or marketplace orders.
• Product labeling or relabeling.
• Building or breaking down pallets.
• Inventory projects.
• Warehouse organization projects.
• Product inspection and quality control.
• Receiving containers or larger inbound shipments.
• Preparing inventory for major sales opportunities or TV placements.
• Assisting other warehouse team members during high-volume periods.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not necessarily required:

• Warehousing
• Shipping and receiving
• Inventory control
• Picking and packing
• eCommerce fulfillment
• Wholesale distribution
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Barcode scanning
• Pallet racking
• Forklift or material-handling equipment

Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.

Senditures is growing quickly, and this position has the opportunity to grow alongside the company as our warehouse operations, inventory volume, and distribution network continue to expand.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
