Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picking tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
• Manage inventory levels through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards.
• Maintain organized stock storage by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing packing materials, and completing shipping documentation.
• Support warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols, operating warehouse equipment safely, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate data entry, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely detail oriented and time management.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
• Software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of packaging standards.
• Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
