Warehouse Associate

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to manage daily receiving, inspection, inventory and delivery. Must be fluent in Chinese. Warehouse / logistics experience preferred, basic Excel required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, inspection, putaway, outbound delivery and record keeping.
• Sort, store and label products in compliance with standards, maintain clean and organized warehouse space.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure inventory records match physical stock; promptly report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and operation teams for order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
• Oversee warehouse safety, implement fire prevention and anti-theft measures to minimize product damage.
• Create and maintain inventory records via Excel or warehouse management systems.
• Deliver and pick up goods off-site as required by delivery schedules.

Job Requirements

• Good physical health, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
• Basic Excel skills for inventory logging; experience using WMS, ERP systems or PDA devices is a plus.
• Fluent in verbal Chinese communication.
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and execution capability.
• Able to commit to long-term stable employment.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
