Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
• Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software, conducting regular stock counts and audits
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring proper packaging for safe transportation
• Support international trade compliance efforts by understanding relevant regulations and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners required
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; experience with AS400 or similar ERP systems is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external carriers effectively
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality control

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
