We are currently looking for motivated, reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team.
Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods. You will help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safe, efficient material handling within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, inspecting, and put-away of incoming goods.
Pick, pack, label, and stage items accurately according to customer orders and pick lists.
Operate handheld radio frequency (RF) scanners to perform inventory transactions and stock updates.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Assist in loading outbound shipments onto delivery trucks or containers safely.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and adhere strictly to safety and housekeeping guidelines.
Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., hand pallet jacks, trolley jacks).
Shift Schedules & Work Hours
This position operates on structured shifts with opportunities for overtime (OT) pay:
Day Shift: 08:00 – 17:00 / 17:30
Night Shift: 20:00 – 05:00
Work Arrangement: 5.5-day work week (includes a half-day on Saturdays) OR a rotating rest day schedule depending on operational assignment.
Requirements
Education: Primary / Secondary School / GCE 'N' or 'O' Level / NITEC in any discipline.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Certifications (Bonus): Possession of a valid WSQ Forklift Driver's License or Reach Truck License is an added advantage.
Attributes:
Physically capable of manual handling tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
Familiarity with handheld RF scanners or computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Good team player, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to work overtime (OT) and shift hours when required.
