Warehouse Associate

Being a Warehouse Associate with us means putting your attention to detail, reliability and teamwork skills to work to help create an exceptional customer experience.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and shipping products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout warehouse operations.

On a Daily Basis, You Will

• Receive and process incoming goods and customers return. Unload, unpack, verify, label products and scan receipt in the system using a mobile device.
• Store products in designated locations and perform the same in the mobile device.
• Pick, pack and ship orders using various tools.
• Perform bin movements and restock warehouse shelves to ensure inventory is organized.
• Participate in cycle counting.
• Maintain a clean, organized and tidy workspace.
• Operate forklifts and walk-behind electric pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Assemble kits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Profil De Candidat Recherché You're the person we're looking for if you:

• Have a high school diploma or greater.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse and understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, inventory, shipping).
• Have experience and certification with a forklift (knowledge, skills, forklift safety).
• Have a strong sense of meticulousness.
• Demonstrate good teamwork skills and strong attention to detail.
• Be reliable, adaptable and flexible.
• Be comfortable with shipping websites.
• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy and have good physical capacity.
• Have good organizational skills.

Other Details

• Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• On-site work at 6711 Sands Rd, Crystal Lake, IL.
• 30-minute meal break.
• Compensation based on experience and company structure.
