Warehouse Associate

Key Roles

• Manage receiving, storage, and releasing of materials with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and protection of materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and secure.
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team and daily operations.
• Ensure materials are available on time based on project and site requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse reports and coordinate concerns with Purchasing, QC, Logistics, and Site Teams.
• Maintain complete and traceable records for internal and external audits.
• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, and Construction Teams is an advantage.
• Good organizational, coordination, and inventory management skills.
• Willingness to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
