Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Earth City, MO . In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and on-time preparation of products for our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Prepare and stage materials for scheduled deliveries
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Manage service parts inventory and maintain required documentation
• Assist with delivery logistics and job-site preparation
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of construction materials is a plus
• Strong basic math, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift certification preferred

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
