What they need

About Us

We’re building what comes next.

Memory Ventures is a 19-year-old company headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, built around a mission to empower people to preserve, store, create, and share their best moments and memories. We’ve built and elevated exceptional brands across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, fulfillment, and B2B services, and our portfolio has been recognized among the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., including two appearances on the Inc. 500 list and two on the Deloitte Fast 500.

But we’re not slowing down.

This year alone, our brands are selling millions of products directly to consumers. We recently opened our third fulfillment warehouse, are rapidly expanding Victory Lane Solutions (VLS), our 3PL business, and launched Pivotal, our proprietary warehouse management system.

We’re established enough to have the resources and experience to move fast—but entrepreneurial enough to keep questioning how things are done.

Always growing. Always evolving. Always improving.

This Is More Than a Warehouse Job

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right and wants to be part of a team that is constantly improving.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play an important role in getting our products from the warehouse to our customers accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work across picking, packing, staging, customization, inventory, and other areas of the operation depending on what the team needs.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving warehouse environment. Some days may look different from others, but the goal is always the same: do great work, help the team, and keep things moving.

You won’t just be expected to follow a checklist. We want people who pay attention, ask questions when something doesn’t look right, and speak up when they see an opportunity to make something better.

A Chance to Make an Impact

We believe great teams are built by people who take ownership of their work.

Someone who notices when something is out of place. Someone who cares about getting an order right before it leaves the building. Someone who helps a teammate when they’re falling behind. Someone who sees a better way to do something and isn’t afraid to ask, “Is there a better way?”

You’ll be part of a team where reliability, teamwork, accuracy, and a willingness to learn matter.

Whether you’re experienced in a warehouse or looking for an opportunity to learn something new, we’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in what they do, and want to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

1. Fulfillment & Production

  • Pull products accurately according to pick lists and customer orders.
  • Stage products and materials for production, customization, and shipping.
  • Customize and prepare products according to established specifications.
  • Pack finished products carefully and accurately for shipment.
  • Monitor packaging and filling operations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Meet daily production, fulfillment, and shipping goals.
  • Follow established processes while staying alert to opportunities for improvement.

2. Inventory & Accuracy

  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure products and materials are properly stored, labeled, and organized.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the appropriate team member.
  • Help maintain an organized warehouse so products can be located and processed efficiently.

3. Safety & Equipment

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to training and company procedures.
  • Follow all warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Use appropriate equipment or ask for assistance when a task requires more than can be safely handled manually.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or other irregularities promptly.

4. Teamwork & Daily Operations

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
  • Communicate clearly when priorities change or assistance is needed.
  • Help teammates across different areas of the warehouse when needed.
  • Maintain a positive, dependable, and professional approach throughout the workday.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and follow through on responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have years of warehouse experience to be successful here. We’re looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and take pride in their work.

  • Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.
