The Role: We're looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. You'll pick orders, load/unload trucks, and keep our warehouse running efficiently. This role may be assigned to shipping, receiving, picking, or ground work based on business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks (training provided)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to your supervisor

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Forklift experience a plus but not required—we'll train
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
