Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are a small, family-owned company providing coffee products and related supplies to businesses. We take pride in friendly, dependable service and strong customer relationships. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse organized, prepare customer orders, and deliver coffee products to customers one day per week.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders by picking products, packing boxes, and organizing completed orders in the delivery area.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload products from pallets, and stock shelves in designated locations.
• Deliver coffee products and supplies using a company van one day per week, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and organized stock locations.
• Use computer systems to process and print order requests and inventory information.
• Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping supplies clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow company procedures for order accuracy, product handling, and workplace safety.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check.

This position includes a 90-day training and probationary period.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
