Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment
• Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
• Maintain accurate data entry for inventory transactions and shipping documentation
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and conducting regular inventory counts
• Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Use forklift certification skills when necessary to move heavy pallets or materials within the warehouse

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software such as ERP or AS400 systems
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and stock replenishment
• Excellent basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities
• Experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Data entry skills with attention to accuracy in record keeping
• Customer service orientation to assist team members and support internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards

Pay: $24.83 - $29.90 per hour
