We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to handle daily picking, packing, and receiving tasks. This role requires working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick, scan, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process shipments using shipping software, verify shipping details, print and apply shipping labels, and sort packages for carrier pickup.
• Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities.
• Stock shelves and place inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain organized, properly labeled storage areas.
• Rotate inventory using first-expire, first-out (FIFO) practices.
• Use warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform inventory counts (bin counts) to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assemble multi-packs and disassemble cases into individual units as needed.
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Dispose of packaging materials and trash.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and order issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple software systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a busy warehouse.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• One year of picking and packing experience preferred.
• Background Check Required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Health insurance available after 90 days.
• 401(k) with employer matching up to 4%, available after 90 days.
• Paid time off.
• Paid holidays.
• Bi-Weekly pay.
• No weekends.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday.
• 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time.
• In-person work in Leander, TX.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
