Warehouse Associate

Qualifications

• College Graduate of any course
• With at least 1–2 years of work experience in warehousing or inventory management
• Preferably residing in Dasmariñas or nearby Cavite areas only
• Able or proficient to operate AutoCAD
• Knowledgeable in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies

Job Description

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse records to help ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Analyze inventory and operational data, identify discrepancies or trends, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials and products.
• Assist in troubleshooting warehouse and inventory concerns and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and relevant departments to support smooth operations and timely task completion.
• Use AutoCAD to assist with warehouse layout planning, space utilization, or related documentation as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ceramic and non-ceramic warehouse operations.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities to improve warehouse productivity, efficiency, and organization.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
