Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and packaging.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Conduct order picking and heavy lifting as needed to prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must have driving license.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and order pickers.
• Experience with shipping & receiving operations and order fulfillment practices.
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
