Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, order issuing, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming materials and equipment.
• Pick, issue, and deliver products, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced items.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enter and update inventory information in computerized systems.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to inventory-related inquiries.
• Assist with vending machine loading and other warehouse activities as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation; occasional support at another location may be required.
• Forklift and/or vending machine experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
