Duties

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound shipments using warehouse management systems
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, and packaging tools
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Delivery of goods to jobsites
• Uphold safety standards in warehouse operations by following proper procedures for stocking, order picking, and equipment useQualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) highly valued
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping & receiving procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data entry and reporting purposes
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, weights, and measurements
• Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy and order fulfillment
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts
