What We’re All About
At Felt Right, we believe no one should have to choose between a quiet space and a beautiful one. We design and manufacture design-forward, sound-absorbing acoustic paneling and tiles that turn noisy, echoey environments into warm, inspiring places to live, work, and gather.
Here’s what drives everything we do:
- Design Meets Functionality: We don't build ugly industrial soundproofing. From 3D acoustic boxes and wood slat ceiling tiles to custom murals, desk dividers, and engraved panels, our products are built to make acoustic performance part of the aesthetic.
- Sustainability at the Core: We’re committed to doing right by the planet. Our PET felt is made from at least 50% recycled plastic with zero red-list chemicals, blending circular design with high manufacturing standards.
- Empowering Creativity: Through our interactive Design Studio, modular tile systems, and easy damage-free adhesive tabs, we make custom acoustic design accessible—whether for a home office or a large-scale commercial build.
What It Means to Work Here
Working at Felt Right means being part of a team at the intersection of sustainable manufacturing, interior design, e-commerce, and physical product innovation.
- We Build Beautiful, Useful Things: Whether you’re on our design team crafting new color palettes, in engineering optimizing our modular tile systems, or in customer support helping someone map out their dream wall, your work directly improves how people feel in their daily environments.
- We Serve a Diverse, Creative Community: Every day brings something new. We collaborate with individual homeowners, architects, interior designers, schools, and corporate offices through our trade program and custom project services to bring bold visions to life on time and on budget.
- We Move Fast and Own Our Impact: We operate with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Working here means taking pride in high craftsmanship, championing eco-friendly materials, and constantly finding new ways to innovate in the interior design and acoustic space.
