Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role on the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks, including shipping and receiving, inventory and order fulfillment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for moving products within the warehouse.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Build and package products for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times.

Skills

• Proficient in order picking techniques with experience using RF scanners.
• Basic computer skills including teh ability to print labels using company specific software.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of repeated lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
