What You'll Be Doing

• Perform daily warehouse tasks in assigned departments, such as picking, packing, and shipping orders; receiving and putting away inbound shipments, or processing returns and replacements
• Use ShipHero, shipping software, and scanners to record every inventory movement accurately
• Check product for damage, defects, and correct item and vehicle fitment before it moves to the next step
• Meet department standards for accuracy, productivity, and daily cutoffs.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ask for help when a situation falls outside of them.
• Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, and equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Keep their work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all safety rules, including proper lifting and safe use of equipment.
• Support other areas of the warehouse with basic tasks when directed.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or retail experience helpful, but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ShipHero, Shopify, and others as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may be required to occasionally lids and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, job sites, and/or client locations which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, etc.

Compensation And Benefits

The hiring compensation range for this position is a base rate of $21.50 - $23.50/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.

Hours

This is a full-time position. Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted.
