Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately using order picker equipment and packaging tools
• Load and unload trucks efficiently with pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or MRP software
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and support inventory management efforts
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards
• Uphold safety protocols by following proper lifting techniques, operating warehouse equipment safely, and maintaining a clean work environment

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and order picking procedures
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping
• Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics principles, international trade regulations (if applicable), and trade compliance standards

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
