Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, arranging pallets, and managing stock rotation to optimize space utilization.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying order details, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and data entry tasks to ensure stock accuracy and support inventory management efforts.
• Support warehouse operations by adhering to trade compliance standards, international trade regulations, and company policies for order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and operating equipment throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and logistics best practices.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
