Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of goods
• Perform accurate order picking, packing, and staging to fulfill customer orders efficiently
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage data entry tasks
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software
• Prepare shipments for delivery by packaging products according to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable

Experience

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP systems) is highly advantageous
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification preferred but not mandatory—training available on-site
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock stocking, order picking, and inventory management
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely and standing or walking for extended periods

Pay: $25.14 - $30.28 per hour
