Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17.40 - $18.50 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Perform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order picking using RF scanners.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including inspecting incoming shipments for damage and verifying contents against packing lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in stocking shelves as needed.
• Handle heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Experience with packaging, shipping & receiving processes, and order fulfillment is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
