Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain precise inventory counts through regular stock checks and data entry into warehouse systems.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing packaging materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring order accuracy for both domestic and international trade shipments.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including picking & packing, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and inventory management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or MRP systems) and inventory management software will be advantageous.
• Basic math skills are essential for counting stock items accurately and processing transactions efficiently.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
