Xpress Trucking, Inc. is seeking a FULL-TIME Warehouse Associate who can safely and efficiently move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Load and unload freight from containers, trailers, and box trucks.
• Perform cross-dock operations, moving freight between incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Sort, scan, label, stage, and organize freight for pickup and delivery.
• Assist customers with freight pickups, deliveries, and loading as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely freight handling.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull freight and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. or more as needed.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Load and unload freight in containers, trailers, and box trucks.
• Safely move freight and operate material-handling equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
• Maintain a steady pace in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
