Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment and inventory management software
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations
• Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including coordinating with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and shipping logistics
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or similar warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus
• Strong data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $23.88 - $28.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
