Pay : $20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped safely and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually and with warehouse equipment
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
• Accurately record inventory transactions and shipment information
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred; certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workloads

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
