Job Description

Celerity Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Organize products and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Verify order quantities and shipping information.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required by the position.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
