Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the storage, handling, and distribution of products within our warehouse facility. You will work alongside experienced team members and receive on-the-job training to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming inventory and ensure all products are properly stored and labeled.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner and/or other warehouse equipment.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packing, and arranging for carrier pickup.
• Some positions may require you to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, td, long tail, and stock picker to move products around the warehouse.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale, and engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved for all goods received and shipped.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required, but previous experience in a physical labor role preferred.
• Prior experience operating material handling equipment not required but preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
