Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that finished goods and materials are accurately received, safely stored, and efficiently shipped out to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and drive orders from the warehouse to other locations.
• Material Handling: Assist in packing out cans from the canning line. Move inventory safely throughout the facility using utility carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized environment by clearing aisles, breaking down boxes, and complying with all safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach comfortably for the duration of an 8-to-10 hour shift.
• Heavy Lifting: Capability to safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Communication: Ability to read, speak, and follow standard operational instructions in English.
• Reliability: A proven track record of punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience operating standard warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification).

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
