Warehouse Associate

Second Skin Audio — Charlotte, NC | Full-time | $20/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Second Skin Audio is a growing e-commerce company that manufactures and sells soundproofing and acoustic products, most of them made in the USA. We’re a small team of 10 based in Charlotte, and we operate more like a tech startup than a typical warehouse: modern tools, fast decisions, and no bureaucracy.

We’re hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. No warehouse experience required. We’ll train you.

What you’ll do
Ship orders. Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. Our customers expect us to get orders out within 1 business day.
Keep inventory accurate. Receive inbound shipments, complete inventory counts, and keep the warehouse organized.
Handle the heavy stuff. Many of our products are bulky or weigh 30+ lbs. You’ll be moving them all day.
Help us improve. Take on warehouse projects and help find better ways to do things as we grow.

What we’re looking for

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (required)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A positive problem-solver who wants to learn and take on more responsibility

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
