Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care
• Manage shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper labeling
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, conducting regular inventory counts, and performing stock replenishment
• Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support logistics activities

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and order fulfillment procedures
• Experience with shipping logistics, including handling international trade regulations when applicable
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Skilled in data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
• Customer service mindset to assist internal teams or external partners when needed
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, load & unload activities using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
• Proficient shipping via FedEx, UPS and DHL
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
