Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, with overtime as needed)

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of our operations team, supporting technicians and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently day-to-day. This role is hands-on and flexible—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue parts and equipment to HVAC technicians to support daily service and installation needs
• Order, receive, and stock inventory, including both warehouse stock and job-specific materials
• Unload deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment
• Perform light facility maintenance, including grounds upkeep and basic janitorial tasks
• Open and secure warehouse facilities, including end-of-day lockup
• Support additional duties and special projects as directed by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or HVAC parts experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed
