Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently by utilizing order picking tools such as order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment while adhering to shipping logistics and trade compliance standards.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and managing stock rotation to optimize warehouse space.
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipping & receiving logs, order fulfillment records, and inventory updates.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery to customers or distribution centers.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is required; training will also be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Basic math skills are essential for counting stock accurately and processing orders efficiently.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to support team efforts during order fulfillment or inquiries related to shipments.
