Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this position, you will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Sort, label, and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product tracking.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to process orders and update inventory records.
• Verify product quantities and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
• Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
