Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Support packaging activities to ensure products are securely prepared for transit
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout, stocking procedures, and order picking efficiency
• Adhere to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations during order processing and shipment activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry tasks
• Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is a plus
• Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and stock management processes
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Customer service mindset with clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
