Warehouse Associate – Level 3

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute all basic warehouse functions with expert precision and efficiency:

• Pull, pack, and label products accurately and securely for shipment

• Ship outbound orders using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other approved methods, ensuring proper documentation and labeling

• Receive inbound shipments: unload trucks, verify product against packing slips, inspect for damage, label materials correctly, and put them away in their designated locations

• Build standard kits using bills of materials (BOMs)

• Band and bundle steel products using proper tools and techniques

• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials safely

• Independently and accurately build and kit materials according to detailed bills of materials (BOMs) and job specifications

• Assemble complex kits or sub-assemblies from detailed BOMs

• Bundle, band, and secure a variety of steel products for safe transport

• Work from custom load plans and special shipping requirements

• Troubleshoot material mismatches and prevent fulfillment issues

• Work steadily and efficiently to complete assigned tasks accurately while following all safety protocols

• Model professionalism, safety, and quality for junior team members

• Remain calm, respectful, and solution-oriented, even during busy shifts

• Consistently wear appropriate PPE and uphold all safety protocols

• Maintain respectful, professional working relationships with all team members; collaboration and a positive attitude are required at all times

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years warehouse experience with advanced skill in builds and bundling

• Forklift experience is required

• Strong understanding of BOMs and steel handling practices

• High reliability, attention to detail, and experience with warehouse operations

• Committed to team success, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
