Permanent and/or Seasonal Warehouse Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role

Postmarc LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Permanent and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our growing operations across our Postmarc and ST33LE clothing brands. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible and assist with our increased warehouse workload through the busy holiday season and beyond.

This is a seasonal position expected to run through January 15, with the end date potentially adjusted earlier or extended based on business needs. Both part-time and full-time candidates are welcome to apply. There may also be an opportunity for permanent employment based on business needs, performance, and available positions.

As a member of our warehouse team, you will help ensure that merchandise is received, organized, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality against purchase orders, and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare ecommerce and wholesale orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely fulfillment.
• Retail Store Replenishment: Assist with preparing and fulfilling merchandise orders for our brick-and-mortar retail store in Provincetown, MA.
• Inventory Management: Organize merchandise, maintain accurate stock levels, track inventory movements, and ensure products are stored efficiently.
• Product Tagging & Labeling: Apply price tags, size labels, and other product identifiers to incoming merchandise, ensuring items are ready for retail and online distribution.
• Returns Processing: Inspect returned merchandise, process items for restocking, and ensure inventory is stored appropriately.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while assisting with the movement and storage of merchandise.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or retail stockroom experience is preferred but not required. Training is available for motivated candidates.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, sorting, and moving merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to pick, pack, label, and organize merchandise accurately.
• Organization & Reliability: Strong organizational skills, punctuality, dependability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Basic computer skills are preferred. Experience with inventory systems or shipping software is a plus.
• Teamwork: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability: Ability to start as soon as possible. Part-time and full-time availability will be considered.
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to our warehouse at 46 Plympton Street, Boston, MA. Metered street parking is available.

Position Details & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
• Employment Type: Seasonal, with part-time and full-time schedules available.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Expected End Date: January 15, subject to adjustment based on business needs.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with hours arranged based on business needs and candidate availability. The standard warehouse schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
