Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day operations in receiving, storing, and distributing materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and ensuring all warehouse operations meet cGMP and FDA compliance standards.

This is an entry-level position — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Accurately label, document, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and issue components for production batches following established procedures.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment according to cGMP standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and documentation procedures.
• Support other departments with material transfers and general logistics needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Preferred (not Required)

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanning.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).

Work Environment

• Onsite role at Medivant Healthcare’s Chandler and Deer Valley facilities. Warehouse and production support environment with moderate physical activity. Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time, with occasional overtime as needed.

• Hourly Rate: $18 – $21 per hour, based on experience.
