OxyGo is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This part-time position offers a weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (four hours per day).

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and light production assembly. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Essential Functions

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading freight carriers.
• Maintain organized inventory by stocking and storing products and materials in designated racks, shelves, and bins.
• Assist with light production assembly using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Use computer systems for shipping, inventory tracking, and related warehouse activities.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use shipping and inventory systems; Microsoft Office familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, follow verbal directions, and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to following safety procedures.
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse activities throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by the job.
• Ability to safely handle products, materials, and warehouse equipment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful completion of required pre-employment background screening and drug screening, consistent with company policy and applicable law.
