What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your day may include:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Enter and maintain inventory information using inventory systems
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
• Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, customer service, and other team members to keep orders moving
• Help identify and resolve inventory, order, or shipping discrepancies
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable shipping and trade requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities
• Ability to learn and use computer systems, and warehouse management software
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A dependable, positive, and safety-minded attitude
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
