Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that incoming goods are safely unloaded and inspected, and outgoing freight is correctly packed, secured, and loaded according to schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Manually or mechanically unload incoming trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Load outbound freight and parcel deliveries onto delivery vehicles, optimizing space and balance according to shipping schedules.
• Identify and immediately report damaged, missing, or incorrect goods to the warehouse supervisor.
• Wrap, band, or secure palletized goods for transport.
• Assist in picking, packing, labeling, and staging customer orders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and regularly lift and carry heavy loads (frequently up to 50 lbs / 23 kg or more) throughout a full shift.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a consistent attendance record.
• Basic Literacy & Math: Ability to read shipping labels, follow verbal and written instructions, and accurately tally stock counts.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manual labor environment is strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Fast-paced warehouse and loading dock environment.
• Working Hours : Mondy to Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, including Lunch break.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
