Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling tools
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP software
• Ensure proper stocking, labeling, and organization of products to optimize warehouse layout and accessibility
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software
• Support warehouse distribution activities by adhering to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, packaging, and order picking tasks
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate warehouse equipment throughout shifts
• Knowledge of logistics principles including load & unload procedures, shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations

Pay: $23.99 - $28.89 per hour
