Warehouse Associate

LM Brokerage & Logistics Inc., a U.S. Customs brokerage and logistics company, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support our bonded warehouse and logistics operations in Nogales, Arizona.

The ideal candidate has hands-on forklift experience, a valid forklift certification, basic computer skills, and the ability to accurately process warehouse documentation and data entry. Because we operate in a Customs-controlled, CTPAT-compliant environment, maintaining security procedures and accurate records is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and organize merchandise.
• Receive, verify, and handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform accurate data entry and update warehouse records using computer systems.
• Assist with shipment documentation, inventory records, and other warehouse paperwork.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety, security, and CTPAT procedures.
• Verify shipment information and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Previous forklift operation and warehouse experience.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet company security requirements, including a satisfactory background check, consistent with applicable law and CTPAT-related procedures.

Work Schedule

• Typical start time: 9:00 AM
• Typical end time: 6:00 PM
• Position requires working on-site at our warehouse in Nogales, Arizona.
