Job Summary

Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools to ensure safe handling of goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order picking techniques and inventory management software
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems to support stock control and replenishment
• Load outgoing shipments efficiently while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations
• Conduct regular stock checks, inventory counts, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy across all storage areas
• Assist in packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met for e-commerce and retail distribution
• Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace at all times

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software for tracking stock levels and order processing
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and international trade regulations when applicable
• Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, order picking, and load & unload activities
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling tools safely
• Basic math skills for counting items accurately and managing inventory data effectively
• Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams or external partners when needed
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices, stocking techniques, packaging standards, and trade compliance requirements
