Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform order picking, packing, and staging to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately
• Load and unload shipments, verifying shipment contents against shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, replenishment, and proper labeling practices
• Support shipping logistics by preparing shipments for dispatch, including packaging according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations
• Conduct regular data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment documentation to ensure seamless warehouse operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics principles
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and e-commerce fulfillment is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
