Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, storing, and distributing products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, strict adherence to food safety standards, and a strong commitment to attendance and shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store fresh products according to company procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse in compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys)
• Perform routine stock checks and assist in inventory audits
• Follow all safety and operational procedures at all times
• Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety issues to the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Able to work in cold temperature environments (5°C – 8°C) for extended periods
• Willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Prefered Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fresh food handling
• Knowledge of food safety practices (HACCP, GMP) is an added advantage

Working Conditions

• Cold room environment (5°C – 8°C)
• Standing and walking for long hours
• Shift-based work schedule (including night shift)

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
