Overview

As a Warehouse Associate at Unis, LLC, you represent the critical operational foundation where our service commitments directly translate into flawless execution. Located at our Roanoke, TX facility, this role anchors daily order fulfillment by executing precision-driven receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping tasks. Working in a tech-forward logistics environment, you bridge automated efficiency and human diligence—utilizing WMS directives and AI-assisted workflows while exercising critical judgment to safeguard client inventory accuracy, uphold safety protocols, and drive on-time supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping tasks safely in adherence to productivity benchmarks.
• Operate RF scanners and digital systems to maintain absolute inventory integrity across inbound and outbound order flows.
• Validate AI-assisted task workflows and automated picking routes using situational operational judgment to maximize throughput.
• Identify, document, and report shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory anomalies to warehouse leadership.
• Uphold stringent facility safety standards, equipment protocols, and 5S housekeeping principles throughout every shift.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent foundational education.
• Prior hands-on operational experience within a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, or logistics hub.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use RF scanners, hand-held tracking terminals, or digital inventory systems.
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for entire shifts.
• Strong track record of punctuality, reliable attendance, and active adherence to safety practices.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience navigating enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Current certification or operating experience on material handling equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Familiarity working alongside algorithm-directed or automated picking and fulfillment workflows.
