Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help ensure inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and enjoys working collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other deliveries using proper safety practices
• Store inventory in designated locations and maintain organized stock areas
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily priorities

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or material handling experience is preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and carry items as required by the role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable following instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanners
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification if required
• Prior experience with shipping and receiving processes
